high pitch noise

i just put in my new speakers with 200 watts going to 4 300 watt max speakers. I blew the fuse in my sub amp which has a line running to my speaker amp. And now one of my front and one of my rear speakers makes a high pitch noise. Can i fix this?

swap the rca cables and if the noise switchesi would say it is a bad cable or bad output on the head  unit

I hate this new crap about companys posting 200-300 plus watts max power handling.
