Once the car is started the battery doesn't do anything but act as a load on the alternator. You need to get your battery and charging system checked out. It sounds like your battery is no good. Don't just replace it without checking the rest of the system out as you may cause undue stress on your new battery.

probably your battery is bad what is happening is that once you start your car the alternator keeps it runing but your battery is not holding the charge. you might wana take your battery to a parts house and have them check it to see if its good or bad. because once you jumpstart your car and the battery is good you let it run for about 10-15 min and your good to go so im thinking your battery is bad.

The alternator does not fully charge the battery. Take it out and connect it to a battery charger.
