Your local stereo shop should have a harness in stock for you.  You'll wire that color for color to your new stereo and it'll plug right into the factory radio harness.  Be sure to connect the blue wire in the harness adapter to the blue/white wire of the sony.

My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

You will also need an amp integration harness for the Infinity factory amp, unless you plan to run all new speaker leads.  Periphrial part is "MIT AH", Metra is the "70-7003", which I believe comes with the wiring harness as well.  Double check the numbers, but pretty sure those are them.

factory amp is located underneath passengers seat
much easier to bypass than deal with that piece as far as what you'll get out of it.
you'll want to run wires from your new decks speaker leads to the amplifier (very easy)
the colors for your speakers @ the amplifier should be:
left door -> WHITE/ blue (+) BLACK/ blue (-)
right door -> WHITE/ red (+) BLACK/ red (-)
left rear -> Yellow/blue (+) Grey/blue (-)
Right rear -> yellow/red (+) grey/red (-)
left tweeter (if equiped) -> ORANGE / blue (+) BROWN / blue -
right tweeter -> ORANGE / red (+) BROWN / red(-)
that covers most mitsubishi / infinity systems w/ 6 speakers (if center channel, should work off front tweeters)
just run wires to that and tap your tweeter/door speaker on each side together, make sure to use a bass blocker (in line capacitor) on your tweeters to keep them from receiving any low signal
