Winshield wiper problem

I finally was able to test it. You were right glantern83, it is the park relay built onto the motor. I took off the top of the motor where all the electronics were. There was a metal contact that had been sheared off. It looked like it would make contact with a switch when the wipers went down to their park position. Thanks alot man. Those damn car dealers said the job would be $500 - $600. I am going to order the part and I will let you know how it works it.
