Anyone know how to get around relocating factory radio in order to make factory keyless and dome light work?

The customer had their radio stolen. We usually use a t-harness.

I take it you're talking about a 96-98 civic? Without a stock radio there is no way t mae the keyless work. the module is built into the stock radio. As for the dome light that is possible you just have to jump 2 wires in the green harness together. the colors escape me at the moment, but I'm sure someone else here will be able to tell you.
