kicker comps

I have two kicker comp subwoofer in a sealed box what would be a good ampilfer to power those subs to the limit my budget is under 200 dollar.

Put in some overtime hours.  Don't settle for some piece of crap because you randomly came up with a price.  First thing you do is find what impedance those two subs, wired together, come to.  That will start you in the direction of finding an amplifer.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

those kicker comps are 4ohm svc subwoofer and i want to wire then parallel so i can hook them up to a mono amplifer.

You need an amp that is 2 ohm stable and puts out 300w rms or less. Bass is mono, you might mean that you want a monoblock which is a 1 channel amp, usually class D technology for more efficient use of power (less heat lost, more power made)

Kenwood KAC-9102D is a decent amp...can get it at www.onlinecarstereo.com for under 200.

It is a little overrated but will still put out more than enough for those subs and enough to upgrade later on.

How to choose a amp that what am talk about. 14.4 x30x2= something and divide the number of the amp watt by that number.
