Is there a standard numbering system for relay pins? If so, where could I find "the list"? I have searched this site to no avail....so not sure if I'm not using the right buzz words or not.
I have a fan timer relay that has 5 pins; granted, # 30 and 87 are routine, but the others are alien to me:
          87
               31T
    15    30   31
Thanks much in advance.

Do you have a picture of the pinouts on there ? If not you will have to use a DMM to figure out which one is which.

15    ignition power

31    ground

30    battery power

87    output to fan...could be positive or negative

31T  trigger input...probably negative

hope this helps, 'pm' me for my email if you'd like to send the scanned pic
