Good Morning Everyone,

Will 400W RMS @ 2ohms be sufficent to drive (1) Kicker 12" L5 in a vented enclosure?

thanks guys. yes...2 more questions if you guys don't mind. Is a kicker 60W RMS x 4 good enough to power a pair of RS components and a pair of 6.5" kicker mid-bass drivers? and second question is anyone  interested in an infinity interlude home theater set minus the sub? i need to offset this car audio cost somehow...lol

Nope, nobody is interested in the Infinity home system.  And yes, 60 watts per channel should net you some good output.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
