Hi so I recently purchased 2 12" memphis m3 mojos dual 2ohm voice coils rated at 750w rms. I believe they're probaly underrated. The sensitivity at 2.83 volts is 89.89. I`m trying to figure out different ways to wire them, and then purchase the necessary amp/amps.

I`m leaning towards getting a sinlge amp and wiring them in a series to 2ohms. I would wire them to the Memhpis Mojo amp which is 2000x1@2ohms rms power.

Or else I'd try running them seperate to a smaller memphis class D amp, rated at 1100x1@1 ohms?

Which way is the more efficient way to run this setup?

You have two options here for the single amp :
Option 1 (series/parallel) = 2 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series, speakers wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 2 or 1 ohm mono
Two 2 ohm DVC Speakers = 2 ohm load
Option 2 (series) = 8 ohm load
All voice coils wired in series
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono
Two 2 ohm DVC Speakers = 8 ohm load
Here are two options for the single amp for each sub:
Option 1 (parallel) = 1 ohm load
Voice coils wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 1 ohm mono
One 2 ohm DVC Speaker = 1 ohm load
Option 2 (series) = 4 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono
One 2 ohm DVC Speaker = 4 ohm load
For more control and better SQ go for the 4 ohms and 8 ohm loads. For more bass go for the 1 ohm and 2 ohm loads.
