whats up all...just registered for this site and cannot wait to start building my system from what it is now. but this is what i have to start with. i plan on getting a different car soon and when i do i will start doing all the fibergalss work and all that good stuff. please post suggestions on ways to make this system i have now better.

i do not have a mids/highs amp installed right now, i do have one but dont want to run all the wires till i get the new car. the specs for the bass system are as follows...pioneer 800 watt class d mono amp, 2 alpine type r 10" dvc 4 ohm woofers running at 2 ohms (thanks to the diagrams on this site). i packed the box with cotton filler, is this a good or bad idea?? but anyway, here's the pics, enough babbling from me.

I think you are on the right path, but I have a 2000 corolla and a vented box seems to work alot better for me.

Oh and by the way; will you tell me how you remove the *&#%$ rear deck.

thanks, varelse

Nice, I like it. It does not have all the fancy fiberglassing and things but a nice basic no frills setup, and professioanl looking, nice job.
