 i used to build rock crawlers some i know a pretty good bit about weight displacement vs. suspension give. trust me, that sub isn't that big a deal.

It's not the sub.....it's everything you need WITH the sub, to RUN the sub....Huge weight.  Killer sonata used simple math.....add it up!

I forgot to add the weight of the amps in that calculation as well, so whatever you might think the amps weigh add it in. Plus you have to figure, the majority of that weight is going to mostly strain the rear suspension, not evenly distributed. That makes it even worse.

I just thought of the perfect analogy. The jackhammer and all of the other equipment needed to use it in a van is about as heavy as the same van full of illegal mexicans cruising across the border (they can usually cram 20 or so of them in a van) . very saggy and easy to spot. lol
