Metra GMOS-06 issue in 96 Deville

Don't know if anyone else has experience this problem or if there are any metra techs on here but I've got a customer that's been experiencing a problem and I'm that real experience with the module. The vehicle is a 1996 Cadillac Sedan Deville, the GMOS-06 work perfectly as far as delivering the sound and mainting the factory functions...the problem is that about every 2 minutes or so, the sound of the radio cuts out for a few seconds and then back on.  There are no chimes heard during the audio pause or messages displayed on the information center. Anyone know how to resolve this? 

Havent ever heard of that harness or your problem before but what i would suggest doing is maybe swapping out the harness for another or try a GMRC03 from American International. See if that doesnt fix your problem. because if im not mistaken those gmos harnesses are made for the new radios that GM just came out with. 2007 Acura TSX
