Best 10 sub for rock music?

Hey, I'm looking for the best 10" sub that will hit well for rock music. I'm also looking for a sub that will double as being good for rap/hip hop, as I listen to that secondarily after rock. Finally, I don't have a huge ton of cash to drop, so please give me names of subs that are affordable, too!

First, subs aren't designed for certain types of music. The primary means to control the flavor of a sub bass system is via the enclosure. So, the question comes back to you. How much space are you willing to dedicate to your enclosure? Can you build an enclosure yourself? Do you also need an amplifier? If not, what is your current amplifier? What is your budget? Put your sub in a BIG sealed box.....

I prefer to have my subs in a small sealed box for rock type music. More punchier, tight and accurate. Atleast with MTX subs.
