My Vehicle is a 2003 Chevy Trailblazer LTZ, came with the really really good factory alarm haha. anyways, I got my alarm/remote start in. auto page 860 2 way lcd. The DEI 457G has a green wire that connects to the green wire on the alarm module so when the doors open when the car is armed the alarm goes off. Well thats not case, from what i hear you have to tap each door trigger from the 4 doors and rear hatch? If so whats the point of the green wire on the 457G, does it not work with TBs? It works for my brothers avalanche. So what I did in the meantime was cut the purple wire on the back of the headlight switch so the dome over ride would never work and used that as a door trigger. But the thing is when i remote start the car the dome lights come on, which in turn causes the alarm to go nuts. Any input on what I should do? Find all 5 door triggers and connect them? Is there another module I can get that will work indefinately with the TB? Worst case scenario, where do I find the door trigger wires for each door? They have to be somewhere under the dash hopefully? Wires gotta come into the truck somehow, B pillars? Well thanx for any input

I believe this module is similar to the GMDL-BP from bypasskit.com. It will only detect the front doors. You must still tap into the two rear door wires and diode isolate them. You can find them in the harness coming in from either rear door.
