I currently run an Alpine MRV 1507  with an Alpine SWR 1522D.  How can I wire another sub, but this one is a SWR 1542D? What would your ideal wiring set up if you had my components?

Thanks

John

Why did you get a different impedance sub anyways???
Either one coil of the dual 2 ohm to one channel and parallel the dual 4 ohm to the other channel
Or....I dunno

Alpine SWR 1522D I would use the ONE. yes 1 sub, dual 2ohm coils and wire it like this. At 4ohm mono that alpine should yeild 6 to 800 watts. Just make sure you have the reserve in your battery, and a decent alternator. Just My opinion.

Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono
