My girlfriend just purchased a new car, and I'm going to be installing my old alarm/rs/keyless module in her car (autopage rs750lcd).
The issue is that her car is all standard equipment, no power windows, no power locks. Can anyone confirm that this car is the rod type locks, and not cable type locks. I just want to order the right thing for the power locks conversion, basically actuators or solenoid units.
I'm like 80% sure it's actuators I just wanted to double check with some people who have seen this car before. Also I've selected the Spal 4dr kit with illuminated switches for the front doors, figure i'd spend a little extra money up front and not worry about cheap actuators.
This car also has a rear hatch but with no power release, can anyone confirm this will require a standard solenoid (cable) type unit for opening the hatch.
Let me know if you guys came across anything different about this car in terms of alarm/rs wiring. Thanks again1
