I am currently trying to hook up a Magicar FAI-8100 car starter/alarm in my 2002 Saturn SC1. I have everything hooked up and working except for the starter. I can't seem to get the tach learning from the starter to work. I am supposed to connect it to the (-) side of the coil but I am having difficulties with it. Could someone enlighten me on this matter?

On a 02 sedan they use brown and white at the coil or white at the pcm module on a vue its blue and white left side of engine (PCM)   On a L300 it's white at the PCM.. It's all I have listed for Satuns..
Good luck..

normal tach wire is measured with multi meter on AC voltage. ground the neg probe and use the positive probe to search for the wire.
the tach wire should measure between 1 and 5 volts and the voltage would rise with the revs of the vehicle
Why oh Why didn't i take the blue pill
