Hi guys,

Can somebody give me the phone #'s of alarm/remote starters, bypass units, actuators, sensors manufacturers?

I tryed searching on the web, and cant seem to find the actual destributer. I'm looking for good brands brands like viper, clifford, dei, python, etc. If youre dealing with somebody that you would like to recomend please give me their phone#.  I'm a new bussiness owner I install alarms/remote start/keyless entry in Washington.  Please help me out...

Thanks...

I am not in your area, but going on the web site of the brand that you want to carry and contacting them directly is probably your best. You will get all information that your need when they reply. If you reach them most likely a day later you will get a sales person calling you and see what sort of businness you are running and will give you a price of all their product that they have.
Good brand? You may want to do a bit of reading here and there. My answer is very bias and corrupt. It's better that you read, learned and than make your decision base from what you see people use on this site.
Be careful whose advice you buy, but be patient with those who supply it.manufacturer - Last Post -- posted image.

If you need help finding a manufacturers web page, go here:
http://www.12volt.com/
Then click on "Links" located near the top. Just about every company having to do with 12v is listed there.
You can check out:
http://www.bypasskit.com
for bypass modules. Very informative website. Keep in mind, you won't be able to see dealer prices until you are setup as a dealer.

Hi there...

Thanks for your reply...Do you have the phone# of omega co.?  What's good to buy from them and autopage?

Also what kind of inventory would you recomend for me to keep?  What kind of bypass units, how many remote starts, alarms, door atuators etc...Help me if you can, I just started my own bussiness and I'm new at this.  Sense you have years of experience,  maybe you can help me if you dont mind....

Thanks for everything...

i dont want to seem rude but if you have opened a business shouldnt you know this stuff?

what you need to stock , etc....

i found DEI quite approachable.... actually most companies are approachable.... but if you only plan to buy a few hundred to a few thousand dollars worth of product, it's probably not worth their time or effort to set you up as a dealer.... i also recommend dealing directly with the company and not through a rep if possible.. while there are definately some good reps out there, most of them are useful only as bookends and doorstops.....

For a newer shop I have found ultra start to be very helpfull, they don't have quarterly requirements and are very flexible on what amounts to purchase for incentive pricing. Product are high quality and installer friendly.
