Eliminate the starter disable (if you have it wired in) power up BOTH starter wires Start 1 is a BIG blk/red, start 2 is blk/blue. Ign. 1 is a smaller blk/red maybe you have those two mixed up?

How about trying this:
--temporarily unplug bypass box.
--Insert key in ignition.
--Activate remote start.
--At the moment the remote start is supposed to be cranking the starter, quickly turn they key forward to the start position........ as soon as the engine fires up, turn the key all the way back to off.
--Did the car start correctly then? Did it stay running even after you moved the key to off? Did the climate controls stay running too?
If all of the above is "yes", then the major part of the install is good, but you've failed to power up both starter wires correctly.

Sorry to hear that you're stuck, but have you actually tried the suggestion I mentioned above.
Much better and easier to troubleshoot first, then fix.

Just double-checking if you're able to start the car by just hotwiring it with the key in the ignition to make sure its starting? ... if not ...

1. Use a test wire with an in-line fuse going to a constant 12-volt source. (Preferably the same source that you'll be using for the install.)

2. Supply 12volts to both IGN wires. (Again, preferably from the same source you'll be using for the install.)

3. Put the key in the OFF position.

4. At this point in your troubleshooting, may as well touch both starter wires with your test wire and your car should start.  If it doesn't ... don't know what to tell ya buddy.

5. Remove the key.

6. Reconnect both starter wires to the RS and try to Start it with the remote.

If it doesn't start ... you may need to trouble shoot the bypass module, but first ...

7. Re-insert the key in the OFF position and try to start it with the remote.

If it doesn't start ... test the starter wire from the RS module with a DMM and also check your +12v and ground connections for the module. If your +12v and ground is good, something may be wrong with the RS module ... or maybe the remote (i'm not familiar with that model).

If it does start ... troubleshoot the Bypass module ... might be faulty. Hopefully it works before this step. Don't forget the relays for final install.
