Anyone done an install on a 2007 Solara.  Buying one and will be installing 791xv.  Imobilizer required and which one to get.

I havent touched the 07 Solar but have done a couple 06. Wouldn't guess there is much difference, could be wrong but 06 Toyota Solar uses Dei 556UW Transponder. (Uses The Spare Key)

This are the colors for 2004-2006 Solora. They can possibly be the same for the 2007. 556U Is the bypass used for these cars from 1999 and up.

NOTE *1 when testing the LOCK and UNLOCK wires, test while turning the KEY in the DRIVERS DOOR KEY CYLINDER.
NOTE *2 the DRIVERS DOOR is a RED / GREEN (-) in the DRIVERS KICK PANEL, 17-PIN Plug, Pin 11, the PASSENGER DOOR is in the PASSENGER KICK, the wire is in a 12-PIN plug, Pin 7, on the Convertible it is in a 17pin plug, pin 17. When connecting to an ALARM SYSTEM, use both DOOR TRIGGER wires and DIODE ISOLATE, to connect, See DIAGRAM
NOTE *3 this vehicle uses a 5-wire TRUNK/HATCH Release System that requires an extra Relay Part #775, to connect, See DIAGRAM
NOTE *4 the ECM (Engine Control Module) is located BEHIND the GLOVEBOX, on the 4-Cylinder, the tach wire is also located in the DATA LIK Connector, Pin 9, under the DRIVERS side of the DASH.
NOTE *5 THE KEYSENSE WIRE WILL DISARM THE VEHICLE WITHOUT UNLOCKING THE DOORS BY APPLYING A (-)NEGATIVE TO THIS WIRE DURING REMOTE STARTING.
