My friend just got a srt 4 and his old car had a small system in it. He asked me if I could integrate the stock cd changer to the pioneer head unit. I assumed no and told him such but I also wanted to research more just in case there is some new part I dont know about that can do it.

No, the stock changer will not work with an aftermarket deck.  I suggest your friend do what I did with my family car.  Use the stock head unit and changer, and add amplifiers and replacement speakers.  Use a line out converter (also found at Peripheral) to feed the amplifiers.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

No there are no adaptors like that, there are adaptors to add aftermarket CD changers to stock head units, but not stock Cd changers to aftermarket head units.

There was only 1 reverse handshake module made. It was for honda changer(alpine) to alpine radio. There was only 2 differences in the pins, polarity on one set of speakers if I remember correctly. I don't even think it is still made.
Simply put, No it won't work.
