Hey fellas.

I was just curious to the difference between subs with single voice coil and dual? Obviously one has to coils (duh), but what exactly does this mean???

Pretty much just how it is wired and the options you have to keep it short and simple.

The more voice coils the speaker has, the more power it can handle.

lol...shot down indeed. I want to know how he can to the conclusion of more voice coil equaling more power handling...lol

If that were the case we would be seeing 10+ voice coil subs out there handling more power
