The car uses a positive pulse door lock system. The light blue lock wire and white unlock wire are in the driver's kick panel. I believe the relay may even be on that side. The install manual will describe how to hook the green and brown wires up. Depending on your model of Prostart, they may either be just a negative out or both a negative and positive output that reverses for lock and unlock. The truck release (if equipped) is a high current positve pulse and requires a relay added to the trunk ouput wire to handle the current. The truck release wire is black at the switch or at the solenoid in the trunk lid.
