well i got a alarm like 2 months ago everything was working fine i did the jam job and shorted out the box got a new box and now i can't seem to configure it with my remote please need help every time i turn on the key the alarm goes off so i can't follow the steps it says in the book on page 8 please help :)

none of the remotes work. check your antenna. maybe re program your remotes.

no nothing works i got a new modual because the first i got i shorted it out but before that everything worked. i got the new one and i was told to configure it but follow steps but when i turn the key on alarm goes off on page 8 of my manual it says turn key on ,off,on,off, and leave it on and it doesn't chrip i really confused on what to do :)

when i press anything on the remote nothing happens i tred to reconfig the remote nothing at all :)

how about the antenna make sure it is pluged in, unplug it then plug it back in.

antenna for what???  iam not sure what u are talking about ?? it's not the shock module i guess don't think this alarm has an antenna

your alarm has to have an antenna it be small wire maye about 12 inches or less. or you can have a plug in one and get mounted on window.
