i have viper 771 and i want to put to put 2 LEDS running of the LED output on the brain........what size voltage and what will be the brightest.......also please tell me how to hook it up

The alarm brain is only a 2V output.  You'll have to wire them in series to get them both to work.

Actually you can wire them in parallel. In a parallel circuit each device (led) will recieve the same voltage. You could also wire them in series but they would be dimmer.( a series circuit is a voltage divider but current remains the same.)  The current demand will double in parallel but so far I have had no problems adding one extra LED to the vipers this way.
