Hey I'm looking to purchase a remote start/security system for my 2001 Pontiac Grand Am.  I am not as interested in the security side as I am in the remote start.  I do want one of the 2 way systems.  The three that I am looking into are Viper 791 XV 2-Way, Hornet 564t, and the Crimestopper EZ-84.  Which if any of these would you recommend over another?  Is there another unit that would be more reliable?  Are any better to install than another?  Thanks for the information.

If you decide to go with a DEI piece, you should go with the Viper 5900. It replaces the 791 and has an advertised range of 1 mile and if you turn off code hopping you can get up to a mile and a half with it. That would be my choice for a 2 way combo right now.
