I just got a rockford fosgate hx2 12" dual 4ohm rfd1212 and i cant find any info on it. I want to build a ported box for it but i dont know how big to make the port or what to tune it to or how much air space it needs. Anybody?

I can only find the RFD2112 info. You can always send an email to Fosgate's tech support.

go to rockford fosgate.com. there you can find all the specs on any rockford speaker. the 2112 i usally built a 2.5per side with two 4x12 inch port. but i have noticed that they sound a whole lot better if you vent them.that will take a little more caculation that is to early in the morning for me right now. but look into venting you will be more happy.

I have a perfect ported box for that sub and i also have a punch hx2 12 dual 4 both are for sale if u wanted to know. I have to sell it because I wrecked my car and now i have a truck and i went to 2 10's
