Has anybody had any experience with Scytek alarm/ remote start? 

What's your opinion about them?

I have installed many Scytek units,and they have performed great.The 2way pager has great range(but fragile).

IMO I tested their product on opening my newest shop, poor quality. But on the flip side they were really cheapScytek Opinions - Last Post -- posted image..

Spent a Saturday about a year ago installing one in my car, just to find out it didnt work properly. Lesson learned. Stick with brands your familiar with and know the quality of.

IMO Scyteck products are built to a lower standard than DEI, Audiovox, or many other brand names. With that being said, I installed at least 1/2 dozen of these units and have never had a bad one. My preference is DEI so I am biased but Scytek warranties a do it yourself job where DEI will not warranty anything not installed by an authorized dealer.

i prefer the ultra start i did in my g/fs car over the scyteck i'm doing in my friends car
