Let's get this straight, the car is an Oldsmobile Intrigue, NOT an Acura, correct?

I would either try a 451M and use it as an isolation device or I would try to put some diodes inline with the lock outputs to block the 12vdc signal.  There could be some interference caused by the + pulse with the OEM electronics (I've never seen this, but it could happen).  The 451M will essentially do the same thing, because you will be using your own relays to drive the OEM locks with straight (-) pulses.
