Like just about any brand Cadence has some great higher end stuff, and some cheaper entry level equipment. Not familiar with the model you posted though.

I consider Cadence to be of good quality. They're not top of the line, but plenty decent for the average joe.
What is normal anyway???

a line driver is a line driver, IMO. but i suppose there could be quality issue involved with some brands.

Poorly built line drivers will introduce noise. However, I've found that most are good so far (Fingers crossed). I guess if the company is willing to make one, they are willing to put forth the effort to make a good one since the whole purpose is for lower noise.
What is normal anyway???

I haven't had any bad dealings with Cadence but I try to push the Audio Control units more because of the high quality parts put into them.
