Really...take your stuff to a professional installer and have them redo your setup and redo the settings.
A bass remote has nothing to to with the RCA's

i didnt think so either...aznboi3644, but my friend said you cant use low level inputs and high together so he told me to get a remote.

You either have a bad head unit, a bad RCA cable, a bad amplifier, a bad woofer, bad speaker wires, bad power, a bad ground, or any combination of the above.  I maintain your best bet is to go to a REAL car audio shop in your area and pay for an hour's labor time to fix your installation.
