I always just do resistors instead of the modules, but hey I can get you a 451M Lock relay module for doing resistor locks it saves some time and space...give me a call again and I will do what I can to help you out...

Got it done today resistors and relays on the lock(1500ohm) unlock(470) both to the pink/purple in the drivers door harness.   Works great!
Learned the following things about the 2002 Liberty Limited, hopefully this will help someone else out:
4 wiring diargams all said that the liberty arms automatically when locked and disarm via 473ohm resistor to the GREEN/ orange(drivers door harness)...
For some reason this liberty didn't arm soley on the lock pulse. Had to replicate the action of locing the door with the interior switch and then closing the drivers door. Did this by using a relay connected to the R/S lock pulse to gound pulse the door switch wire (tan, drivers door harness).
Now the Jeep locks/arms and unlocks/arms just fine.
An odd quirk is that to pop the rear glass you have to unlock the doors first and then press the button for the glass. I connected a ground pulse to the orange pink at BCM C1... this is what the diagrams list.
Anyhow this Liberty has been a real pain, hopefully I've gotten all the gremlins out and it doesn't come back to haunt me.
Thanks for all the advice, this is a great forum.
