can you use the factory alarm with the Viper 5900?

From what I read, it states that you can still use the factory alarm but want to make sure.

Also with the window control. Can a clifford window controller be used? like the fact that with the clifford, you can use auto up/down

It would help if you said what you have for a car.

The DEI 530T has auto up/down too.

Which Clifford window module are you talking about? Smartwindows?
