2000 Nissan Maxima Alarm/Remote Start

hey, im going to be doing a remote start/alarm in a 2000 maxima and i know most door trigger wires are at the SECU, the wiring digrams say which pin they are but can anyone tell me exactly where the secu is (a pic would be GREAT) just so i don't waste any time doing this install.  Thanks.  any help would be appreciated!!!

SECU is just to the right of the steering column.
It makes clicking sounds when you operate the power doorlocks or trunk release.

thanks man, that deff helps.  now 1 more question.. how do i go about counting pins?

I think it's safe to say that colors aren't repeated on the Maxima SECU much, so the first thing to do is to find the correct color. After that use a DMM to determine if you are right or not. Also, pin locations can start on either end. Because of this once a color is found you usually can start a pin count on multiple ends and rows to determine if you are at the right spot.
