I recently bought an undercar neon kit and looked at the instructions. I was debating if I should actually install them or not, since I found out that the only way to mount them involves drilling holes. I am worried about the car rusting because of this installation method; can anyone suggest another way to mount these tubes without drilling? or to prevent rust under the car? I haven’t been successful in looking for other kits without screws.

Sorry, bumped the send button.

You can find the zinc spray at a place that carries welding supplies.  You could also try ospho.

You can also try...
After you've mounted the tubes to the underside of the car, tape off the tube where there is a screw near, and hit the area with some Rubberized Undercoating. It'll keep out moisture and prevent rust in the holes. And when you remove them, hose the holes again till they're completely covered.

When you install the neons with the screws put some silicon on the screw before you put it to the undercar body so that when the screw goes in the metal its also got a sealent on the screw, you can get silicon at any parts store just ask for silicon glue it comes in a tube like what your toothpaste comes in, hope that helps.
