i have 2 ma audio hk401sx's and i was wondering if i could just use one bass knob to control the bass of both amps by gettin a splitter for them at radio shack or somethin or is this gonna hurt the amp?

No, do not try and connect both amps to a bass knob using a splitter. You will fry something.

My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

What kind of head unit are you using, and what makes you want to use a bass knob in the first place?
