My Taurus has the ETAC climate control that is integrated with the stereo face. I am told that a conventional install is impossible with this setup. My research seams to confirm this. Has anyone seen or done a custom install that keeps the ETAC?
The car is a 2000.
Thanks,
Bryan

Not gonna work, that kit is for the dial type heater/fan controls my car has the ETAC electronic control type with no dials. I do appreciate the effort though.

No kits are available for what you want, trust me I have searched. I have seen cd player installed in universal pods in these cars, its not pretty but it works. I am sure something custom can be done to integrate an aftermarket head unit in. maybe the glove box?

There aren't many of them I saw my first one about 2 weeks ago. I ordered the metra kit for the tarus with the dials for climate controls, oops now I ask detailed questions when taurus's are coming in.
