I installed a Compustar 2wss-as in a 94 man tran accord. Everything works, but when remote started the car will only run for a minute or two. I have the switch set to run for 25 minutes. Any ideas?

I figured it out. The owner of the car had replaced the stock brake light bulbs with LED bulbs causing the brake light out indicator to turn on. That for some reason caused the unit to shut down the vehicle. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before?

That is a first for me. I don't see how? The unit will only shut down if +12V is detected on the brake line. I would verify the brake wire to be sure. Could be a poor tach detection, that's my guess.

I haven't heard that before but have had a problem with a pooor alternator signal causing the vehicle to shut down after 1 minute of running.
