2003 ford thunderbird vss

I put a Alpine nav unit in a 2003 Ford thunder bird, Iv looked on directechs and searched online and I cant fine the VSS wire. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE IT IS???

There is no VSS in that car.  I got one when it first came out and we took it to the dealer.  The only wire that they said was even close was the tranny revolution sensor/wire.   I think that they told me that they had to drop the trans to get to it though or it was inside the tranny case...It was something crazy like that.  Anyway, just use a VSS pulse generator, it'll work fine.
