Alright guys here it is

03 Toyota Corolla

R/S Python Model 950  2 way remote start

All fuses are good

The Remote start will not activate at all- no sign of turning ACC on or anything. However the doors unlock and lock and the parkings lights flashing accordingly.

I know the remote is setup for 2 pulse remote activations but still nothing

Hooked everything up- including Ground, all 12v constant current and i metered each 12v and they were fine.

(-) Hood pin

(+) Brake switch

I think thats all that really matters since those are a must in order for the starter to be engaged......

I also ran diagnostics on it and it came up as (+/-) shutdown  (what does that mean ) somehting is tiggering to shutdown before even activating it. I double checked all my (+/-) connections. Also does the safety neutral switch wire HAVE to be connected or no

Any help would be appreciated- i dont know where else to turn to

It's meant for the neutral safty switch . I think they dei calls it a status wire or something.. Look in the manual for neutral saftey switch. find that color wire from the brain, run it to 1 side of the switch and ground the other side.. [disables the starter portion..]

Well for a quick test i ran that wire directly to ground.. wouldnt that be the samething as putting a toggle switch in and running that to ground......

check your hood pin, make sure it is NOT grounding with the hood closed.. If ya get NO activation it's usually that toggle, OR the hood pin is grounded when ya try to RS the car
