Installing a R/S on  a 98 Dodge Intrepid.I cannot get the parking lights to come on.I have a positive p.light output on my unit.Will a 100ohm resistor work,calls for 110ohm? Thanks!

The wire at the switch, that needs to see resistance, is a negative wire. Did you use a relay to invert your positive parking light output to a negative? If not, it won't work.
Also, there is BLACK / YELLOW positive parking lights in one of the plugs on the backside of the fusebox, with no resistor or relay required.

I used a relay to make that a negative.Could it possibly be the 100ohm resistor that I used,it calls for 110 ? Thanks for the tip on the wire at the fuse box.

If the resistor is slightly off, it will still work. If the resistor is WAY off, the headlights will come on along with the parking lights, but nothing will break.
Have you done the following?
1. Test the wire on the car. You won't be able to test a "full" ground when the parking lights are on......... but as long as your meter makes a change when you switch the lights on/off, you should be on the right wire.
2. Test the wire coming out of your relay, while operating the alarm remote, to make sure you wire the relay properly?
How is the relay wired? Does the relay click when you operate the alarm?
