Update... Got everything installed in my Denali and IS working fine. I also wired a SWI-PS to retain steering controls. Until I programmed the unit for version 2 the ignition wire was acting really weird. After programming to version 2 all is well! I can't get the SWI-PS to program but thats a different story.

sorry i havent caught you guys up....its been a hella week.          Im still have some issues.  As long as I leave the ign. turned off for an hr or so It seems to work fine, anything shorter than that I cant cycle to view video. I still havent heard back from pac and have called 3 more times.  Stopped by the audio shop and they finally told me im on my own, even though they are a pac dealer I didnt purchase the unit from them therefore they wont help unless I buy a new unit from them.

When i was talking to the shop they did say they had to ground out the module to make it work................he said that the current was fluxuating and thatw as the only way to get it to work.    I also asked them about the all in one trigger  http://peripheralelectronics.com/prodDetail.asp?strProductid=675&strSearch=  to do away with the brake cycle thing and they looked at me like i was making something up.

I am also goign to do a product review on this unit.....i am very disapointed in the blackbird performance.....maybe the module is the problem, but it really sucks having to wait 15 mins for the damn thing t power up.

to be continued.....

UPDATE:
Went to the audio shop that I purchased the interface from and asked them to fix the damn thing. They pulled the unit out and called me to the back. They wanted to show me the mess that was behind the dash, half *** taped....a 10 yr old could have done a better job. I had broekn tabs and clips for my a/c controls and dash trim. They got on the phone with tech support to make sure everything was going correct. PAC said that they have worked out all problems and it has to be the wiring. The tech started double checking everything to find wires mis-connected and a big mess. I had them install the all in one trigger and everything is working great. Its amazing how a few wires can make a world a difference. They said they have gotten quite a few "repairs" from this shop and can't understand why they are still in business.
I give major props to the guys at Vision Audio( lubbock, san angelo, and midland TX) for the prompt service and the kindness of fixing someone elses screw ups.
As for anyone else in the west texas area stay away from Bladwin Electronics in Odessa.....you may get a great price, but will pay for it in the long run. These guys had my vehicle for almost 3 days for the install ........don't you think they had ample time to get it right?
Thanks to all you guys for the help
