Hello, I would appreciate if someone can provide me with a wiring diagram on how to install trumpet horns on my car. My vehicle is a 1980 Cadillac Coupe and can I still keep using the existing horns with the trumpet horns or will they have to be disconnected and only run the trumpet horns? Any help is much appreciated. Sorry but I don't have the horns with me in case you would need the company. I'm guessing all are the same? Thanks guys

i lost all my diagrams so i cant show you one but i can tell you,
1. mount the horns and run the wires from the motor close to where you would like to mount a relay, preferbly near a good power source like the batt. or fuse box.
2. mount the relay hooking the + wire from the horn motor to the number 87 pin
3. hook the power source to the number 30 pin
4. find a spot for a good ground and hook the - horn motor wire and another wire that runs to the 85 pin on the relay
5.go to your horn and find the + lead to it(easiest way to do this, unhook the horn first then get a volt meter and have a friend press on the horn)after you find it, splice into it and run that wire to the 86 pin on the relay
6. your done! now you can go about and torcher old people and wiz off teenagers at redlights and such lol hope this helps

hi thanks for your input; did you have to disconnect your original horns to use only the trumpet horns or did you keep them? I asked a friend at a auto parts store and said it'll be fine to run the stock horns and the trumpet horns at the same time, that's why I ask you because you have this install already on your car. Thanks
