I am in the middle of a system integration using the factory head unit.  My first problem is I need to provide a turn on lead to my amps... any suggestion?  The vehicle is that silly can-bus 2 and I think the factory Bose amp used a data wire to turn it  on.  Would I find a turn on lead at the radio?  I have not pulled it yet since I was able to pick up all my wiring at the Bose amp (except the turn on of course).  I'm also wondering, will I have trouble fading front to back?  When testing for signal I located the common wire and four signal wires but I could not get it to fade from one output to the other.  They all seemed to remain constant.  I have a suspicion that the fader is data controled too.  Any information regarding these issues will be helpful and appreciated.  Thanks- Tim

FAding and amp turn is controlled by data.  Only way I've been able to get amp turn is to either tap it to the ignition or use a line out convertor that generates its own turn lead.
