Adding a second antenna, Ultrastart?

Thanks again guys: Customak47 -- if you could hook me up with that antenna, I'd appreciate it (pay you whatever you want for it! + shipping). I'll change my battery tomorrow (it's a 23A 12volt) and chime in. Wouldn't a bad ground connection cause my blue LED's on the antenna to behave erratically? The manufacturer recommends replacing the batteries once a year to maintain range -- I wouldn't be surprised if these 1270TL units sit in a factory/store for up to that amount of time before they're sold. nope the 1270 is new model this yr. if u have a bad ground there will be some real issueslike parking lights and horn acting up...
