Box for Kappa Perfect DVQ12

Hey guys, I built a box for an INfinity Kappa Perfect 12" DVQ a little while back.  I noticed recently that it was making an odd noise, like over-excursion.  I checked for leaks and did find a small leak around the gasket.  I fixed the leak and I am still hearing the noise.  Tried replacing tyhe sub and I'm still hearing the noise.  The box is about .6 cu ft which is what the maual says if you are using the low q insert.  I'm gonna try building a new box for it and see if I just screwed up somewhere.  I hope not cuz I spent a lot of time on that box.

Okay.  But if it were me, I'd troubleshoot the source of the abnormal sound first.  There are a lot of isolating methods that you should use before you go to the trouble and expense of rebuilding the box.Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
