I just finished installing them in my new enclosure but now they don't work. Everything is how it was before, as far as I can see. In fact, I never unplugged the speaker wires from the amp, just from the terminals on the old enclosure.
Here's a diagram of my setup right now.

When only one subwoofer is plugged in, it works fine, when both are plugged in, neither works.
What could be the matter?

Um...do you have a remote wire for the amp??
From the looks of your picture you don't...the amp has no signal to tell it to turn on

Oh, yeah, forgot that in the diagram, it does in fact have a remote wire, and like I said, it turns on and is willing to power 1 sub at a time. It just won't do both anymore.

Reverse the polarity on one of the subs
sounds like you have one of the subs out of phase

How do I meter a sub?
I'll try reversing the polarity on one, thanks.
