This is probably a petty question but, I'm needing information concerning a Ford Contour Window control switch.  Which posts on the switch are what?  Is this switch an illuminated switch?

Thanks in advance for the help!!

I doubt anyone will be able to answer this for you.  The best thing to do is test the power window switch with an ohm meter to figure out what pin is what.  I am sure someone could give you the wire colors if you want.  What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Thanks for the response Player69...

I'm using this switch to control a power sliding rear window on my F150.  Ironically, it's the same switch that Ford uses stock but, I was unable to locate a schematic.

Since posting, I've located a schematic for the wires.  I know it's going to work out just fine though the wire colors aren't the same.  It's the same switch according to part numbers.  The harness is just different.

Thanks again.

RP :)

Try asking your local Ford Dealer for this information on the schematics of the switch. Otherwise go and get a Haynes manual.
