inline fuse on siren blows when activated

Hey all,    I have a 98 Buick century with the following siren installed: http://www.fedsig.com/products/docs/install/255270B.pdf all of the circuits, diagrams, and schematics are in that pdf.    Now, as you'll see, the 10A inline fuse attached to the IGN wire always blows after i try the siren. There will be 1 second of audio, then it blows... I can't figure it out. I don't see any other fuses blown or anything. It has worked fine for years... is this a symptom of anything in particular? My guess is that your siren output (which is positive) is being grounded at sump point. Check your wire to see if it is not exposed to ground anywhere. There must be something real wrong for a 10amp fuse to pop. Usually, a siren only needs less than 1 amp to work.Note: You Always Dont Get What You Pay For.
