So you're saying the NSS input is not connected to ground? The wire must be connected to ground or the remote start will not operate.

MUST rest at ground in order for the remote start system to operate.
This is coming from the install manual of that model, from directechs

So do you guys think its definatly that black and white wire? If i do hook that black and white wire up and it doesnt work what else could it be ?

yep sure was it forgot to ground the black and white wire, thanks.
